EurAAP Travel Grants for Ukrainian Researchers
In the frame of the initiative “Solidarity with Ukraine”, which was first launched for EuCAP2023, the EurAAP Board of Directors has decided to continue supporting researchers with Ukrainian affiliation for EuCAP2024 as follows:

Free registration to any Ukrainian affiliated person, who has an accepted paper and is also the presenter of the paper.

Support up to 2 students with proven affiliation to a Ukrainian institution. The students should be authors of an accepted paper and presenters of the paper at EuCAP2024. Each grant consists of 750€ to support the travel expenses.
Application requirements
The application must include (in one single pdf file):

Full name

Email address
-
If student, status should be specified (B.Sc, M.Sc, or Ph.D. as well as start and planned end dates), as well as the name of supervisor

Proof of affiliation to a Ukrainian institution
-
EuCAP 2024 accepted paper number and title

Short motivation for the application (max. 250 words)
In addition, all students are encouraged to apply for the travel grants made available by Ticra, Airbus, IDS, Viasat.
Application deadline
Students from Ukrainian institutions who have authored a paper at EuCAP2024 and are presenting the corresponding accepted paper, are encouraged to send an application to euraapukrainetravelgrant@euraap.org before January 26th.
The recipients of the travel allowance will be notified by February 14th.
The EurAAP Travel Grants for Ukrainian Researchers 2024 committee has decided to awardee to Iryna Mikhailikova, from Institute of Radio-Physics and Electronics NASU (Ukraine).
