We will operate on a 6 week deadline on the booking portal which is the 2nd February 2024 – this is the date that the hotels can access their allocations in the system and reduce /increase their allocations if necessary according to pick up.  The booking service however, will remain open until 2 weeks prior to the event and will close completely on the 29th February 2024.
