Invitation letters

Official invitation by EuCAP2024 Conference Organisers

(Please note that if you have just completed the registration and payment procedure, before clicking on the link below you must log out from your personal page to which you are automatically logged in at the end of the registration process)

EurAAP, the official organiser of the EuCAP2024 conference, is pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate, speaker, exhibitor or visitor requesting it. 

If an original copy of the invitation letter is required there is a €25 administration and postage fee. 

These letters of invitation will be sent by mail to the address indicated on the invoice for payment.

If you are an author of papers accepted for presentation, the EuCAP2024 the Registration team will verify the correctness of the Paper ID (s) you intend to present (max 2) and will send you a letter of invitation via e-mail; for non-authors, there is a €20 administration fee.

 

Please note: these fees are non-refundable

Please note that payment by credit card and bank transfer are available for invitation letter for non-authors. Nevertheless, payment by bank transfer will occur an additional charge of €12.

Conditions for obtaining an invitation letter are as follows: accepted paper and/or Paid registration fee.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you do not receive it within 5 business days, you can email us to check the status of your request.

 

Please note that:

EuCAP can only issue Visa Letter of Invitation to Delegates who have already registered. The Invitation letter is free for Authors of accepted papers and cost €20 for the other delegates.

You will not receive a letter if your registration name and email does not match your Visa Letter request name and email.

EuCAP can only issue the Visa Letter of Invitation for the conference. No other kind of documentation will be provided for use of visa application.

EuCAP cannot change the decision of the UK embassy/consulate, nor can EuCAP appeal to the embassy/consulate on behalf of an applicant.

All questions/concerns regarding the status of your visa application should be directed to the UK embassy/consulate in your home country or as advised in the links above.
